Q. What are the delivery charges (**) ? 

Ans: There is NO DELIVERY CHARGE on PRE-PAID orders above Rs.999/- (Within India)
For COD orders: You will be charged Rs.120/-, additionally

International shipping rate may vary depending upon the shipping country.

Q. How long will it take for my order to reach me (India - Domestic)?

Ans: Your order will be dispatched within 1-3 business working days. However, in certain rare circumstances, the order may take a little longer to be dispatched. After dispatching, it will take between 2 to 4 business working days for major cities and about 5 to 7 days for remote locations. For certain remote areas, which are not serviceable by major courier partners, the products will be shipped through Indian Postal Service and may take 7-10 days depending on the location.

International Shipping Policy: 

Our products can be shipped to various countries, and we strive to ensure a seamless shopping experience for our international customers. Here's what you need to know about ordering internationally and the extra custom charges:

  1. Dispatch Time and Order Status: For international orders, the dispatch time is estimated to be between 7 to 14 days. Throughout the processing period, we will keep you informed about the status of your order through email notifications.
  2. Standard Shipping Charges: Every international order is subject to standard shipping charges, which will be applied at the time of purchase.
  3. Custom Charges and Duties: When placing an international order, please be aware that customs charges, VAT fees, or any other applicable duties imposed by your country will have to be paid by you, the customer. As an importer, it is your responsibility to comply with the customs regulations of your country.
  4. Refusal of Charged Orders: In the event that an order incurs customs duties, and if you refuse to accept the delivery due to the charges, please note that the authorities will be required to destroy the package. Unfortunately, in such cases, we cannot issue a refund.
  5. Unboxing Videos for Discrepancies: To ensure utmost satisfaction, we require customers to record an unboxing video of the received order in case any discrepancies arise. This will help us address any issues effectively and provide suitable solutions.
  6. Rare Occurrence of Extra Charges: While we have made every effort to list items accurately to prevent additional charges, there may be rare cases where extra fees apply. Regrettably, products in such instances cannot be returned or exchanged, and the order cannot be canceled for this reason.

Q. What if I want to make a change to the delivery address?

Ans: We completely understand. All you need to do is either email us on softsleep.life@gmail.com or call us on +91 95856 33344 and inform us of the desired changes. However, we suggest that you do this as soon as possible after the order is placed, to avoid any costs.

Q. How can I keep a track of my order?

Ans: Once your order has been dispatched from our warehouse, which is located in Coimbatore, India you will receive an email with the name of the courier company as well as the tracking ID/Number. You will be able to track your order easily using these details.

 

Delivered but not delivered: Our delivery partners will make 3 attempts to deliver your order before it is returned back to our warehouse in Coimbatore/Tirupur. Please provide your mobile number in the delivery address as it will ensure a fast and hassle free delivery.
