If you are unhappy with the fit, style, or anything else, we are happy to offer an exchange with any product of your choice, depending on availability

Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Soft Sleep wear. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re here to help under the following conditions:

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.

How to Request an Exchange

Submit Exchange request via this link: https://soft-sleep.com/apps/quickreturns with your order number and the details of your exchange request.
Our team will review request and arrange reverse pickup. (Courier person will come and collect the items from your doorstep)
Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 3 business days.

Limited Returns Policy

Currently we have limited returns on any orders to ensure product integrity and maintain strict quality control standards. All items are thoroughly inspected before shipment to ensure they meet our standards.

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and offer appropriate solutions, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Doorstep Reverse Pickup available at minimum charge for Exchange and Returns

Courier - Delivery Information

We currently ship via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart & Indian Postal Service

Under certain cases of Undelivered by the courier or consignee unavailable or incorrect address or incorrect phone number etc... - package gets returned back to us and we can reship again via different courier, after your confirmation.

Note: For Undelivered / returned package - we can either re-ship or issue store credit only
