In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our team will review the issue and offer appropriate solutions, which may include a replacement, exchange, or store credit.

Courier - Delivery Information
We currently ship via DTDC, Delhivery, BlueDart & Indian Postal Service
Under certain cases of Undelivered by the courier or consignee unavailable or incorrect address or incorrect phone number etc... - package gets returned back to us and we can reship again via different courier, after your confirmation.
Note: For Undelivered / returned package - we can either re-ship or issue store credit only
