At Soft Sleep, your comfort and well-being are our top priorities. Every piece of our bamboo sleepwear is crafted with care to provide a luxurious and hygienic experience.

If you are unhappy with the fit, style, or anything else, we are happy to offer an exchange with any product of your choice, depending on availability

Exchange Policy

We want you to feel confident and comfortable in your Soft Sleep wear. If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, we’re here to help under the following conditions:

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags intact.
  • Exchange requests must be made within 5 days of receiving your order.
How to Request an Exchange
  1. Email us at sales@soft-sleep.com or WhatsApp us on +91 95856-33344 with your order number and the details of your exchange request.
  2. Our team will guide you through the process and provide the return address for exchanges.
  3. Once we receive and inspect the item, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days.

    No Returns Policy

    Due to the intimate nature of our sleepwear and to maintain the highest standards of hygiene, we do not accept returns. This policy ensures that every product you receive is brand new and untouched, giving you peace of mind and confidence in your purchase.

    • All orders go through a series of quality check before shipping.
    • However, incase you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    • In such cases, we will notify the customer and provide alternative solutions, such as a vouchers/store credit, replacement or exchange.

    Cancellation / Refund Policy

    If the customer wants to cancel the order, he/she can do so by emailing SoftSleep on sales@soft-sleep.com within 4 hours of placing the order with the subject: "Order Cancellation: Order Number."

    1. Cancellations will only be possible if and till the order has not been dispatched from our warehouse. 
    2. All orders go through a quality check before shipping. However, incase you have received a damaged product, please notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
    3. In such cases, we will notify the customer and provide alternative solutions, such as a vouchers/store credit, replacement or exchange.

     

    • Refunds in such cases will be credited to the original payment method used for the purchase, once we receive the products.
    • Incase of a COD purchase, a store credit will be provided within 1-2 working days.
